What to Pack in a Carry On + a Free Checklist
If anyone has ever flown before, you know the importance of carry ons. And if you haven’t traveled by plane before, don’t worry, this post will help you be better prepared when it comes to airport luggage. Okay so lets dive in!
A carry on refers to the small purse or bag that you get to have with you at all times during the plane ride, it doesn’t have to go in stow away like regular luggage. The size of carry on allowed depends on the aircraft carrier. However, if you are choosing to only have a carry on, this post will probably not be of any use to you.
Things that I have in my carry on at all times are:
- My cellphone and charger
- A scarf — this can double as a blanket if need be (I always find plane rides to be cold)
- Extra socks
KEEP ME BUSY
- A notebook
- A book
- Gum — to pop my ears and keep my breathe fresh
- Water bottle –people can get easily dehydrated on planes, so drink up!
You can add extra stuff if need be, but these are the top ten things I would recommend having in your carry on at ALL times!
Happy Packing 🙂
