A lot of great ideas in this post. My partner is OBSESSED with maps and we have drawers full of coins from different countries – I think I know what I’ll be doing with my spare time right now! Thanks 🙂

  5. We’ve stopped buying souvenirs and started buying useful objects … ones that aren’t going to end up on a shelf and need dusting! On our recent trip to France, where we ate loads of cheese, I was on the search for a nice looking cheese knife. We went to flea markets in Paris to try and find one, but no luck. 😦

I am totally amazed and inspired by your creativity. There are some great ideas here. My favourite is the coin wall art – so many coins from our travels that just sits in a jar and no-one sees it. With your idea, our travels is an opportunity for others to admire. Thank you.
